It was a simple two-stage interview, first with HR in a checklist-style interview (what are your strengths, weaknesses, etc.).
The second was a technical interview, but quite easy. I was put in a room with three potential colleagues, and asked to code a problem in Python (the role was Python-specific). I was logged into a computer and was told to work as would during a normal day, with Google available in case I forgot anything. It was really less of an interview, and more an observation of how I worked on a day-to-day basis.
