Had a telephone interview with a Mgr the first day and 2 Sr. Software Developers. Had 3 interviews the next day with the Program Mgr and two other Software Developers belonging to the group. Questions ranged generally behavioral with a lot of questions on what-if scenarios. Some sprinkling of technical concepts.

One with the team members, one with the recruiting manager and one with a higher manager.
They were quick in comparison to others and gave quick feedback after each stage.
Really good experience overall.

Very spotty interview considering the role. Got a call and very quickly resulted in an offer without, in my opinion, the kind of interactions these roles need so both sides can scope each other and make sure it is a right and mutual fit.
