The interview process was very painless. It was 100% remote, all done over Teams in 1-on-1 calls at convenient times. The interviews ranged from conversational to lightly technical. There was a lot of redundant data entry in the official application process to the website, however.

interview started from 8:30 until 4pm.
managers do technical interviews (they really know what you studied and what you claim to know), and team members take you to lunch and you can ask them about life at intel. the interview was very exhausting.

The format wasnt normal. HR didnt contact or call me. The team manager directly called and I did the screening interviews a few times with different interviers. Anyway it was fun.
