There was a on the phone interview and then a in person panel in a conference room with a series of questions. There was no tour of the plant or what exactly I was going to be working on. There was no response which meant I didn’t get the job.

It was a smooth 2 step process first with the manager and then with the entire team.
Both rounds were technical interveiws. The second round included some behavioural questions too

Straight forward inperson behavioral, simple questions about your resume. The interviewer was chill but it didnt get anywhere from there. We also talked about other topics and it was super interesting

there will be multiple rounds of interviews. The first one is easy. The second one isn't bad and I think the third one was a technical one. One of the guys was mean but the other two were really cool.
