Telephonic interview was scheduled when someone from the Company contacts after looking at the resumes. The telephonic interview lasted 30 min. . After the telephonic interview, the HR contacted and arranged for an onsite interview for 5 hours including a lunch with the team for an hour.

They rated at 0 (won’t work with candidate), 1 (adequate) or 2 (exceptional hire) for a team survey of votes to compare multiple candidates.
