Panel interviews with team members, 1 on 1 with managers. The regular employees were not very talkative and just kept asking questions one after another. Hard to make any meaningful connection or get any information from them. They left a bad impression on me, honestly. Managers were a lot better, sounded more motivated and insightful and also answered my questions. But regular employees need to focus less on running through a check-list of questions and actually connect with the employee to let the candidate and team members learn about each other. After getting the offer, it was kind of difficult to get answers on benefits. You won't even know relocation until after you accept your offer, even though it is published as a PDF on Intel website. Relocation was very uncompetitive compared to industry standard. Most of the money that should be paid to the employee is wasted on a third-party contractor relocation company.
