I was phone screened by a hiring manager for about 20 mins. He checked my US status first and then asked me something about the basic knowledge of semiconductor like p-n junction and MOS capacitor. After that, I was asked a behavioral question like did you have any conflict with your colleague? How did you solve it? Example?

It was a 40 min interview, online on Teams. Most questions were related to CV and then some were Related to RAM technology, charecterization of materials, advanced packaging technologies, etc.

Two interview rounds. First interview technical combined with other knowledge. Practical questions. Second with two different groups. Mostly technical questions and trying to know about you and whether you fit to the role. These were like 1 hour long interviews each.
