I had an on campus interview with Intel for a Process TD Engineer position in Phoenix, AZ. The interview was were easy, no behavioral questions, and all I did was to explain my research stuff. I guess what they were trying to see was that if I could communicate effectively.

Just routine technical stuff from my research. Not very deep questions though. Not challenging in any ways.
Very well executed interview process, quick and simple. I first went through a phone screening for about 15 minutes. The online interview was then scheduled a week after afterwards which took around 45 minutes. Afterwards, I was informally accepted, but formally given the job then job acceptance in 1 week.

Met the recruiter and applied on career fair. Got a one-on-one meeting invitation the next day for 30 mins. Got on-site interview invitation after a month. The process is not slow.
