J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) en mars 2013
Entretien
I applied for the position through contact of my school. Then I had 30 min interview with the recruiter where he asked questions about my graduate work. He also asked about how the instruments I used research worked (principles and some questions to probe it). Then a week after I was called for onsite interview. The interview was a day long with 8 different people over there. It was a mix of technical and behavioral. They also asked some college level stat (normal distribution) and also questions about work that was mentioned in my resume. I also presented my graduate work over there.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
