J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intel Corporation (Toronto, ON) en nov. 2017
Entretien
Interviewed at downtown Toronto site, met with three interviewers, each for half an hour. First interviewer asked me to design an algorithm on the board, like those questions on Leetcode; second interviewed gave me several short questions that involved coding on paper, those questions tested your understanding of basic computer concepts like linked lists and inheritance; third interviewer asked about previous projects and experience in details.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe a project you have worked on that involved C/C++ (problem, goal, algorithm, etc.)
Three technical rounds, coding rounds that involve some leetcode questions in various difficulty levels
Then hr round with recruiter for non technical discussion
The interviewers were not from same team
Initial screening and then team panel style interview. Questions were very specific to the team. Asked a lot of conceptual questions (i.e. how do computers work from a hardware level)

The Intel interview process for software or engineering roles usually has 4–6 stages. The exact number may vary by role (software, hardware, research, etc.), but the overall structure is similar
1. Application / Resume Screening
First, you apply through the Intel careers portal or via campus placement. Recruiters review your resume to check your qualifications, skills, and project experience. Only shortlisted candidates move to the next stage.
2. Online Assessment (sometimes conducted)
Some roles require an online test before interviews. This may include:
• Aptitude questions (logical, numerical, verbal reasoning)
• Coding questions
• Basic computer science questions
The goal is to test analytical thinking and programming skills.
3. Recruiter / HR Phone Screening
This is usually a 30–45 minute call with a recruiter or HR representative. They discuss:
• Your background and education
• Skills and programming languages
• Your interest in Intel
• Salary expectations
It mainly checks whether you are a good fit before technical interviews.
4. Technical Interview Round(s)
This is the most important stage.
