Pretty typical interview process for this position. I applied externally for the position worldwide and got an e-mail from a hiring manager a couple of weeks later. He set up a brief 30 min phone screen to find out about me and my projects that I've done in school. After that I was flown out for an on site interview. 4 1hr interviews total with 2 being technical, 1 behavioral, and 1 a mix of both. Questions covered for the behavioral were pretty typical...(tell me about a time working with a bad team member and such). The technical interviews were mainly in the following areas database concepts, string algorithms using a language of your choice, and discussions from some of your coursework that you have taken (I mentioned OS, Data Structures, SW Engineering Practices and we talked about topics from all of them).

The interview was conducted in several passes, the first screening phone call with the hiring manager, then the coding interview was scheduled on two sessions, then a behavioral interview was conducted in two sessions. Overall was good interview not so difficult
