they keep scheduling interviews and canceling them because they decided against going ahead with the whole process due to budget restrictions you do the first interview sometimes even the second and no body gets the job

Good interviewer mostly behavioral questions (as a chemical engineer they do not expect a ton of technical experience). You get that on the job mostly. One phone screening interview lasted about 30min

You can either go to the offices and ask in person or go to the website for a job interview, you're greeted by a couple of people who review your application as well as any recommendations you might be able to get, you get asked about your undergrad, what do you wish to accomplish and learn, your schedule and how you'd be able to balance both classes and work.
