Interviews are walk-in, no prior notice required. Show up, fill out an application, take a personality quiz, and expect to wait a good 1-2 hours for you to get called up for an interview. You'll be asked about prior work experience, your reason for wanting to work here, and other basic questions. Then you get more forms filled out, take a drug test, and you'll be all set to start work in about a week.

I started by Filling out some papers, most were questions about physical things. They did a quick ten minutes interview. Then they done a drug test on site. And gave me a start date.
