In one word, unprofessional. The lady that called me to set up the interview did not look at my resume, she was unaware of previous logistics experience till I told her over the phone. The broker I interviewed for, pulled up my resume right in front of me and just talked about the cover page and how he's never seen a resume like mine before. To which I actually had to inform him, that he was only looking at the cover page, scowl down and there's the rest of my resume. So I'm interviewing right in front of him, helping show him my resume. We laughed it off but in the back of my mind, I'm thinking how VERY weird this is.
After talking with the broker, I then interviewed with another "bro." I saw the broker shake his head no, right in front of me to the hiring mgr bro. That is also unprofessional and rude. So I knew I was not going to be picked to move forward with. The place admits they rip off TQL. It's the same bro/boys club, toxic environment as TQL....I knew that going into the interview (thanks to glassdoor reviews) but was hoping I'd be proved wrong. If you're a "bro" you'll fit right in. If you're not, you're out of the club. But let's be honest...not a club I want to be in anyway.

Applied for position, was offered an interview via telephone. Was rejected the position via follow up email. Very “blah” process, asked me about what I know about the company, and began to basically have a disagreement about what a broker is to a driver. Be careful with this company. Already knew where this was going. Gentlemen seemed he wasn’t ready for the interview himself
