I interviewed at ITG in 2017, I can't remember the exact order of the hiring process but it was a long one, it's three steps interview as I remember which includes an exam, technical interview and personal interview, the way they interact with the candidates is not professional, the worst part was when it comes to money, there was no way they're going to give you an offer with you asking for a specific amount of money, years later I heard from colleges that if you ask for a salary above their pay scale (which is low by the way) you are not going to get an offer.
