J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Integral (MI) (Detroit, MI) en janv. 2018
Entretien
Phone calls, coding assessment, followed by a full day on site doing paired programming exercises and meeting with the team. Pretty straightforward, none of the meaningless gymnastics or unrealistic exercises you see many companies using to screen developers. Very focused on culture fit, communication style, and real world coding experience.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Integral (MI) (Columbia, SC) en mars 2023
Entretien
First an interview with HR over the phone, and then an interview with a developer over a zoom call. No coding during the interview was involved in the interview, just general questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about pair programming, TDD, and cloud infrastructure experience.
A live coding exercise in pair programming with one of the engineers. Then they invited me on site for a full day of pairing with 2 different engineers. The online exercise was relatively simple, but when they invited me onsite it was really time to show my abilities and attitude.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The first question was a simple implementation of a stack (data structure), in any language of choice.
