Initial phone screen was with recruiter who asked basic questions: background, salary expectations, etc.
2nd round was in person with direct manager and director. Direct manager seemed like a very nice guy, I liked his personality a lot and think our personalities would get along well. Both stressed long hours and were upfront about expectations that this role is much more than 40hr/week. It's nice that they are upfront so you know what to expect.
3rd round- video phone call with a senior manager and VP. VP was very nice, I liked her a lot. This was just a culture fit screen, so nothing too difficult here.
After my last round, one of the managers emailed me asking if I would relocate and "pay for it myself" to another state even tho the job listing was for SF.
A few days later, I received an offer but it was below the salary expectations the recruiter and I talked about. To be honest, after interviewing with them team, my salary expectations were much higher to accept the position. But what they offered was not even close to my current salary or competitive for the position.
The recruiter wasted my time-- the salary was 20% below market & much lower than my expectations from the initial phone screen.

Had some difficulties trying to arrange phone interview due to time difference but overall, process was relatively easy and pleasant.
First round was CCAT. Upon completing it, I had to do it again with HR which proctor the assessment. Had 3 more rounds of interview after and was tested on a couple of Javascript related questions for one of the interview. The rest are mostly behavioral questions.
They are very upfront about expectations (e.g having to work at odd hours or during the weekends due to clients being at different time zone) but also stressed on work life balance which is good.
