It was a easygoing interview, because Zack made me at east. I talked about my experience in trading and my holding of current trading license. I showed my enthusiasm and motivation in trading , and my great interest in joining the team!
Zack called me and we spoke about the position and his company. He was very honest and upfront about everything. We spoke about what one needs to do to be a successful trader and the habits that successful traders implement. The interview is laid back and is not intimidating in the least. You have nothing to worry about.
