It was a phone interview with the Senior Managing Director. He was very easy to speak to. We talked about my background, my current position, and the position I applied to. After it became apparent that the position I applied to wouldn't be a good fit for me, he suggested another area of the industry I might consider and another company that would likely be a better fit for me. I really appreciate his advice.
