Interview for an hour, online using teams, both behavioural and technical questions are being included in the interview, followed by me asking any potential questions I have towards my role and the firm
Interview was in two phases:
- first was with HR (screen interview)
- second was with directors
First one is to verify if your profile/resume matches what they're looking for.
Second interview is more thorough and looks into your reaction when faced to specific situations.
