After passing the resume screening, you will be invited to complete an on-demand interview. You're asked a series of pre-recorded questions and have under 1 minute to think of your answer and record your response. Once you pass the on-demand video screening, you'll be invited for two rounds of interviews. One at manager level and another at director / above level.

I took the interview online. There are 6 video questions. Each question asks you to speak at most 2 minutes. Some questions are pretty easy, but some questions are unexpected for me. I have not got the offer yet.
