They responded quite promptly, and I had an overall positive experience with HR. However, the overall experience turned negative as they promised feedback but never provided it. If they cannot offer feedback, it would be better not to promise it. It felt like there was a lack of clarity about the role. I would recommend other applicants to gain a better understanding of the decision-making process. Of course, it doesn’t hurt to have acquaintances, which seemed to make a difference in being hired.
