Referred directly to the Hiring Manager. 30-min intro phone call with the hiring manager. 30-min virtual with the recruiter to schedule onsite interview with the hiring manager and a team member. 45-min each. The interview with the team member went long to spend some time on my questions.

Interview process was okay. It took a long time in between each interviewing and scheduling could have been smoother. It was recruiter screen, hiring manager, in person meeting, more panel interviews. Everyone on the hiring team I met with was great however at the final round one of the interviewers (outside team) just logged on (late) and just asked if I had any questions. No intro, no context, basically asked to be interviewed. It was very strange and my interest in the role quickly declined. I sent a note withdrawing myself from process and got no response, just an automated WD message that they went with another candidate. Overall, interview process could really be cleaned up.
