Five people interviewed me, and I received an offer, which I turned down mainly due to 3 factors: 1. a Director named Derek Washington was impolite, and he consistently grabbed his face and made annoyed gestures while I was giving him answers. He would often repeat a question I just answered using a slower cadence in his wording, which I guess implies that he thought my answer didn't satisfy what he was looking for, but I found it rude. 2. Out of 5 interviews, 2 guys were late by a margin. 3. They insisted that I start on a date that was convenient for them. We went back and forth numerous times, and I always stated how I needed two weeks' notice at my current job. After agreeing with me on the 17th, they still sent the offer with my beginning date on the 10th, which I considered pushy and disrespectful, so I no longer wanted to accept the offer from that moment on.
