Start off with a screening call with a TA and schedule a video call with the first sales manager to discuss background and answer a few questions regarding interests in the company and how your experience relates to the position etc. 2nd video call is scheduled with another sales manager to discuss the same info but get more details on the job outlook that you might have not picked up in the first call. Very basic, conversational interviews. If you prepared for the first video call and felt great about it, makes the next calls easier. Still waiting to hear back on next steps/offer

Thorough. Insulet puts a lot of time into their hiring process to ensure truly good candidates. This typically lasts several weeks and about 5 rounds of interviews. They have you interview with not only the hiring manager but many inside sales leadership individuals.
