I was contacted by a recruiter, filled a form and explained I don't have experience in a specific skill, scheduled an interview, at the end after all the question I was told they would need to ask the manager about this skill, two days later I received the rejection. I think it was a waste of time and an irresponsibility from HR knowing in advance I did not fill the profile
