Went through an initial call with a recruiter and 5 rounds of interviews (initial coding interview with 1 dev, another coding interview with 2 senior devs, coding interview with a designer, interview with architect and an interview with a manager). Really enjoyed interactions with the devs, everyone is knowledgeable and shares good insights. After all 5 rounds, the position recruiter let me know they'd be in touch soon. Not a word for 3 weeks. Sent a follow up email, asked to give any kind of information after so much involvement from my side. No response, it has been a week. Simply the worst interviewing I've had as the recruiter left me feeling ghosted and unappreciated.
