There is an initial screening online when you apply. If you pass this then you are scheduled a phone interview which is only 5-10 min long. If your phone interview goes well then you schedule an in person interview. This in store interview is about an hour to hour and a half long. Its a mass interview/ training. Basically if you make to the in person interview you are pretty much hired. They go over what the company is about and what your job will entail and answer any questions. Then they train you on how to use the app and do a demo shop. Then you do one on your own, fill out a w-2 and you are on your way
