The interview process was relatively straightforward, but the structure of interactions was a bit confusing. There are a lot of very open ended questions and one very open ended assignment. The entire process consisted of 2 phone interviews, 3 skype calls, and a skill assessment.
Err on the side of information overload for all parts of the interview process! I went for the direct and concise route on the skill assessment and it ended up hurting my chances the most.

Overall, I've had a great experience, despite I didn't get an offer.
The whole interview process took around 3 weeks. Initially, I was contacted by a recruiter who eventually left. Then a Talent Acquisition Manager connected with me to re-confirm my candidacy and then another recruiter scheduled a phone interview. That "tracking - follow up" approach left me with a very good impression that my application wasn't threw in the dark space.
The phone interview took around 0.45 min. The recruiter was very professional and started with an icebreaker which helped me calm down.
The majority of the questions were related to my current experience (leading a team, overseeing site operations), as well as data-driven & analytical skills.

I was contacted over LinkedIn and asked to apply for the City Manager position by one recruiter and had a phone screen by another HR person. The recruiter I spoke to was incredibly rude and not very smart. She was unhelpful and unpleasant even though they had reached out and asked me to apply. The experience was negative enough that not only did I withdraw my name from the interview process, but I also will not be using their product in the future.
