Interview was less than 2 hours. It was a combination interview/training. Which I had never experienced before. Basically the job interview was about the first twenty minutes or so and the rest was training. At the end of the session the interviewer asked, "is this something you would be interested in". I said, yes. That was about the end of the interview. We went over some more specifics and then the interviewer handed my a InstaCart t-shirt, a green shirt not that well designed or that attractive. (Never wore it.) That's pretty much the interview process, for a personal shopper at least. Basically, InstaCart wants bodies. Interview wasn't tough. Training wasn't that tough either. InstaCart wants bodies, so pay attention and don't say anything stupid and you will have the job by the end of the interview.
