Note: Hiring process may have changed a bit recently. Overall: The easiest interview ever. I was out of school with zero experience, and I got hired. The process was very simple and upfront: After filling out an easy form online about past experience and possible scenarios, you will most likely get contacted back for an in-store interview. The in-store interview will have you and several other potential shoppers toured around a grocery store and go over the shopper app, general guidelines, etc. After being shown around, you will be tasked to do a few mock-shopping around the store. The key here is to be fast and accurate. If possible, visit the store before your interview to get a feel of where everything is. If you make the cut, they'll ask a few questions and send you to their offices where they'll go over more details about the job and get you set to work for them. Again, the key here is to be fast with your shopping, which will require knowledge of the store. If you did not shop fast enough to be an in-store personal shopper, you may still be offered a full-service shopper position, which is both in-store shopping and delivery. I have not gone through that process.
