There really isn't an interview process. Simply fill out the online application and prove your expertise in subject area.This can be done by writing answers to related questions and providing documentation to prove you have a degree in a particular subject area. They'll ask you to upload your diploma.

Entretien
The interview process involves review of transcripts, professional skills, and written responses. You must be a college graduate and a subject matter expert or teacher. First, you join via Facebook or register. Then, you submit the required documents. Finally, you complete a short-answer written questionnaire.

They ask you what grade you received in a specific subject area and why you think you are qualified to teach that subject area.

Entretien
Online application asked which subjects I was comfortable tutoring and why I would be able to teach those subjects. Also was asked about my tutoring/teaching experiences and education.
A couple days later I got an email that said they needed a picture of my college diploma or a reply from my college email to prove I attended that school. Once I sent the picture, I got an email saying I got the job.
