Recruiter from VC firm cancelled on me twice with less than an hour notice and then gave mea 20 minute call which he showed up 4 minutes late for. Closet doors opens, clothes everywhere and he looked like he had just woken up despite it being mid day. Made me feel as though he couldn't believe he would have to waste his time meeting with me, had not reviewed my resume and seemed genuinely uninterested in having any type of conversation with me. at 16 mins said "i have another call, bye". Proceeded to get a generic rejection email 3 business days later. I was clearly never being considered for the role and would have appreciated my time not being wasted. I would normally never leave a glassdoor review, but if this is how they treat VP level candidates I cannot imagine how they treat their IC level employees.
