J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Inspire11
Entretien
Was initially contacted by HR, made arrangements for a phone call, which ended up going well over an hour. The rep was very well spoken to their processes, clients, positions, Inspire11 history, etc. All very well done and excellent sell to peak my interests.
Next step was another call with one of their consultants, who was there for just over a year and in the business for not much more than that. The call was about 30 minutes. She must've googled "Questions to Ask on an Interview", because these were some of the most outlandish, amateur questions I've been asked since applying for a job during High School. But hey, at one point we all had our first time interviewing someone, so I ignored the textbook feel of it, and hoped I would speak to someone better equip to discuss the role and company for the next round.
I later find out, I am no longer being considered, and couldn't be provided any feedback. This is apparently a broken hiring process, to which I can only imagine what does that mean for any other recruiting, or just company processes?

Went well, I really am just writing this review so that I can access the site. I would recommend this company! They do some great work with technology and I have worked with them in the past.
I was given a short, sample, take home task to simulate actual job duties. This task aligned well with normal industry work but was far from actual work - everything was simplified and kept as an example.

Went through initial screening call with recruiter followed by informal call with a Consultant. From there had a final round with 2 Consultants that were considered a functional and behavioral interview.
Scheduling between calls took a long time with the process nearly taking 2 months. After spending so much interviewing and emailing I didn’t even get a response with an outcome after 2 weeks of waiting and I ended up just taking a competing offer after not hearing anything back. I even communicated that I needed a decision by the end of the second week after interviewing. I understand it’s a young and fast growing company but at least email your candidates back with a decision after spending so much time. Overall, pretty disappointed in Inspire11

Question 1
Interview process is nearly all behavioral with Consultants being given a spreadsheet of behavioral questions and then filling out metrics depending on response
