Horrible, chaotic, and unprofessional. These people don't know what they're doing.
Screening interview was fine.
The company hosted an "open house" that was an absolute disaster. i was embarrassed for them.
The 'hiring managers' were clearly unprepared. The meeting space was grossly inadequate. The underlying theme was "we've never done this before". Obviously.
Interviewed with a fellow who wanted to tell me about what he's done rather than ask me about my background,

This is a stupid question asked by someone who shouldn't be interviewing. The interviewee wants to know what the company wants him/her to do.

HR is fairly responsive and the process for onboarding is a breeze
Last interview was face to face also a conversational interview

One interview. Went well but waited a month for a generic “we’re moving forward with another candidate” email. Fully onsite and manager said job would basically be boring. Wasn’t interested after that
