Recruiter spent about 5 mins on a super vague and quick..i guess for a lack of better words screening call. the interview was set up a few days later with two hiring managers. They were transparent at the start of the interview by informing they would ask very basic questions and then some situational questions. Insperity should ask: What can interviewers do to ensure an interview is not boring? Update: it's been three to four weeks-and i have not heard a yes or a no. Says volumes about their brand as a whole
