The interview process at Insperity is long. I had six interviews. I was told that the job was an outside sales position, but they should conduct interviews that tell the truth; it is an inside sales job.
The HR group was excellent. Even though the process was long, HR kept me informed every step of the way. I new within 24 hours what was happening next.

Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
