I had an interview with a director and he asked the general questions. He is nice and it took 30 min. It seems they want to know your personality before moving forward.

Very respectful and enjoyable interview. Talked to various different teams about artistic & development processes. Only negative is that there is no in-person interview and office tour, which is really how you get a feel for the vibe of a place, especially when considering a cross-country move.
