Got scouted on LinkedIn with just the job title. The interviewer arrived 10 minutes late, didn't turn on their camera, got defensive, and would cut me off mid-sentence. I ended up knowing less about the position after the interview than I did before. All I know I had to ask the interviewer. The client was confidential. The industry was confidential. Most things were for me to arrange with the client. And to top it off, the interviewer raised their voice at me when I asked them about time off. They didn't even ask me a single question specific to my field. Might as well be harvesting general data.
