The interview process began with a 15-minute introductory phone screening, followed by a 30-minute Zoom interview. After that, I met with the executive team in person at their office, and concluded with one final interview

The interview process was extensive and overwhelming. I was not sure as someone just coming out of college, what a recruiting company really was. I did have a lot of coaching from the headhunter for the interview telling me what to ask, what to say, how to dress, where to park (which was still very difficult as it was downtown).
