Morgan Gramling contacted me by phone call, we had a 30 minute phone interview were she just asked me general questions (are you interested for a position, tell me about yourself and your experience as developer). That went well, he was very friendly, and I was asked to come in for a in-person interview in San Jose. I went in and the office was very nice. I sat in a conference room and only one recruiter interviewed me, he asked me about myself and about my professional experience. After one day, The recruiter and his manager reviewed my resume and asked me to updated, and provide some professional references and finally they sent my updated resume to their client. At next day, I received a call from Morgan, to have an interview with the manager at the company. After the interview, the recruiter received a great feedback of my interview, so, they scheduled a couple of technical interviews with the team. It was very well, and one day after, they offered me the position.
