Overall great experience with their in-person interview process. Recruiter provided informational details for parking and how to prepare for the interview. On the day of, the front desk personnel and analytics team were very friendly. The questions asked during the interview were very technical to statistics, predictive analytics, with no behavioral questions asked. Would interview again!

The recruiter reached out and scheduled a call but did not call at the agreed time and did not answer when I tried to reach him. This was disappointing and felt like a poor use of my time. I would appreciate better communication and reliability from the recruiting team
Phone call followed by video call with Insight Global. Resume, then phone call (~20 mins) to confirm details about role, qualifications, and desired hourly compensation. Video call the next day to cover employer offering contract position.
They suggested interview with employer next day, but then ghosted when I asked for confirmation.
