The interview process felt too easy. A recruiter spoke with me once and then again to prep me before the interview. She told me which questions to ask and which to avoid. I thought this was nice but if everyone is being prepped with the same q&a, how do they make decisions? I ended up not getting an offer or even making it to the second round.
