A recruiter from Insight called me after I applied to a position. I answered his questions, and he seemed to indicate that I was a good fit. He said he would get back in contact with me soon, but he never called back.

An initial phone screen, followed by a phone interview with Insight, and finally an in-person interview with the client. Insight was initially helpful up to the interview claiming they would get back to me the next day with feedback, at which point my recruiter proceeded to completely ghost me not responding to emails or calls. I've never encountered professional ghosting before and found it distasteful and unprofessional. The client was obviously desperate and looking for someone who would require zero training and be perfect out of the gate. They also displayed red flags of an inability to keep up with client demands and refusal to adjust their expectations in-line with the amount of work and their lack of manpower. An unrealistic expectation at the rate they were offering. I would not work with Insight Global again.
