The interview process at insight global is very easy and quick, you'll find that they will ask you all the question you'd expect- so be prepared! They will ask you why you chose sales, what makes you a good salesman, they will ask you to introduce/tell them about yourself. All these things should be expected as when you get the job, you'll be doing much of the same thing.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
