Recruiter contacts you, sets you up with an interview. Very easy and simple process. The person interviewing me seem very pretentious, and wasn't impressed with my university. I wasn't impressed with his attitude. I didn't want to work for a company that seemed very pompous

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
