I was reached out by one of their recruiters for a great opportunity at a major bank. I first did a phone screen with my recruiter and her account manager, and I felt that they were very knowledgeable for the position they have. They asked me the right questions that some of them led me think about what to cover and to prepare for the interviews to come. The first phone screen with my recruiter and her manage definitely get me better equipped for the interviews with the bank later. I also received some constructive resume advises for the position, and soon I was given the chance to do a phone screen and later an in person interview with the bank. I felt that they really did a great job on connecting the jobs to the right talents.
Before the interviews, I also received some great tips and an overview as to what to expect during the process. Base on their experience with their clients, everything they did was all very helpful for me as a candidate to gain confidence.
