Entretien
I initially contacted the Ft. Lauderdale office and they did a good job in screening me, letting me talk about my current job, my reponsibilities and projects I was working on, then they proceeded to ask general high-level questions regarding my project management preferences (infrastructure Vs. software development), reason for leaving my current job (moving to Orlando) and other preferences so they could match my professional profile and preferences to their opportunities. They immediately contacted their Orlando office and I got a call from them, where the same general questions were asked and confirmed, after which they proceeded to search for opportunities, e-mailing me and calling me back with options and confirming if I was interested in them and if I authorized them to submit me for these roles as well. They didn't take long at all to schedule an interview with the company that ended up hiring me through them, they were there for me and made sure I had the right information before interviewing with this company.

Entretien
They held a 2-step interview process, first being held internally to determine how good of a candidate I was for the position their client had available. Then an interview with their actual client for them to determine which candidate they wanted for the position.
Great experience. I didn't get the job since I lack PMO certification. However, overall experience was positive and enjoyable. I had very successful background in IT Project Management; but, the position mandates PMO certification.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global (Madison, NJ) en juin 2015
Entretien
I was contacted by Daniel Spitzfadden of Insight Global on several positions, the first was with a major payroll organization and the second was with Realogy in Madison, NJ. For the first position, the interview was directly with the hiring manager where the asked a number of ITIL and configuration management questions. The second position began with a phone screen with the hiring manager and a second in-person with the hiring manager and her director. There were situational questions on how I work with business stakeholders. In both cases Daniel did an outstanding job preparing me for the interviews and I got an offer on the second position in four days. Great experience working with Insight Global.
