A recruiter contacted me about the position and I went through her the whole time up until the in-person interview in San Antonio. I drove hours to get there and when I got to the office, I was lead into a small room with only a table and a phone. I could hear everyone talking in the room next to me through the wall and I waited for over 10 minutes before the first Account Manager came into the room. They informed me that I would not be hired on as an account manager as I was told but as a recruiter first who would eventually move on to AM. The first interviewer was awkward and as a very extroverted person, I actually felt uncomfortable speaking with her. She left then the next AM came in and showed me the office, which had about 40 people. She told them all to say hello and every one of them got out of their seats and lined up to shake my hand and introduce themselves. It was a long and very awkward "hi, nice to meet you" situation. She lead me to the board where the entire city was divided up and managed by only 5 people. I left right after so I drove all that way to be rushed into a 25 minute, very strange interview. I was never contacted again after that. Would only recommend if you're looking to make 35-40k a year for years before getting into a higher level position.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
