J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global (Chicago, IL) en avr. 2019
Entretien
It begins with a casual phone interview with a recruiter. You are asked basic questions about your past experience and you learn what their company is all about. If that conversation goes well you are then asked to come in to their Chicago office and you meet with 4 people separately. The final interview is very laid back, they take you out to lunch and give you a tour of the office. It's all based on how well you can drive a conversation and build a relationship.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

Entretien
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
